I. Definition of Requirements and Design Approval
Sales staff communicate in detail with clients to confirm the size, material, logo, text color palette, and structural features of custom t shirt packaging bage, including self-adhesive closure, zipper closure, handles and transparent window. Designers create layouts and renderings according to requirements and send them to the client for repeated confirmation. After signature and final approval of the design, production preparation officially begins.
II. Raw Material Preparation and Printing Process
In accordance with order specifications, eco-friendly materials such as kraft paper, matte film and transparent film are selected. We inspect the thickness, toughness and quality of raw materials, remove defective materials, and cut qualified materials to standard sizes. The confirmed design is made into printing plates and put on printing machines to adjust colors and registration positions, ensuring patterns and texts are printed clearly without color deviation. After printing, materials are air-dried or UV-cured to make ink firm, preventing fading and scratch damage for the subsequent production of custom t shirt packaging bage.
III. Lamination and Die-Cutting Forming
High-grade products adopt surface lamination treatment. This process improves waterproof, scratch-resistant and moisture-proof performance, while enhancing stiffness, comfortable texture and high-grade appearance. The printed and laminated materials are sent to die-cutting machines, using custom cutting dies to punch out the bag shape, press fold lines, and punch hanging holes and handle holes. The edges are smooth and burr-free, keeping all products in uniform standard dimensions for finished custom t shirt packaging bage.
IV. Finishing and Waste Removal
Different bag styles undergo sealing and accessory processing: self-adhesive bags are attached with easy-tear tape, zipper bags are fitted with smooth zippers, and handle bags are punched, threaded with ropes and reinforced at stress points. Machines and manual work are combined to remove leftover edges and waste after die-cutting. Bags are cleaned neatly to prepare for quality inspection and packaging.
V. Quality Inspection, Packaging and Shipment
Quality inspectors conduct strict piece-by-piece inspection to check for missing printing, color deviation, damage, size error, poor sealing and zipper malfunction. All defective products are sorted out and isolated. Qualified bags are stacked neatly, counted accurately, packed into standard cartons, sealed and labeled with product style and quantity information.
