    A: We are the 100% manufactory specialized in printing & packaging over 15 years with 10000 square meters workshop area. We have an excellent team composed of 100+ well trained workers.

  • Q2:How To Get The Exact Quotation And How To Send Inquiry?

    A: We quote the products according to the customers' choice on materials, gsm, printing, and other process. You can send inquiry by Skype, WhatsApp, WeChat so on social media or send e-mail to us.

  • Q3: What Information Should I Let You Know If I Want To Get A Quotation?

    A: -Size of the products (Length x Width x Height)
    -material and surface handling (We could advise if you are not sure)
    -printing colors (could quote 4C if you are not sure)
    -quantity
    -FOB/EXW prices are  our normal price term, if you need CIF or other prices, please let us know your port of destination etc details.
    -If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or design sketch for checking. Samples will be the best for clarifying. If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.

  • Q4: When We Create The Artwork, What Kind Of Format Is Available For Printing?

    A:
    -The popular ones: PDF, AI, PSD.
    -Bleed size: 3-5 mm.
    -Resolution: no less than 300 DPI.

  • Q5: How Long Will Samples Be Finished? And What About The Bulk Production?

    A: Sample lead time: usually need 3-5 days. Bulk production lead time usually need around 15 days. If your order is in urgent, please discuss the delivery with us.

  • Q6: If The Products Have Some Quality Problem, How Will You Deal With It?

    A: Each step of production and finished products will be inspected by QC department before shipping. If the quality problem of products are caused by us, we will provide a replacement service.

  • Q7: Could You Provide Samples For Test?

    A: Yes, we provide free samples for customers, but customers should bear the freight charges.

  • Q8: What Kind Of Payment Method Do You Accept?

    A: T/T, Western Union, L/C, , PayPal are acceptable.
