Cardboard Preparation

Positioning, Gluing and Pressing Fixing
Align the crease lines and notches accurately during gluing, keep the four sides symmetrical and corners at right angles to avoid misalignment, tilting or excessive gaps. Assemble immediately after applying adhesive, and press the sides, bottom corners and locking areas evenly with a roller or press fixture to prevent the cardboard from springing back. This step is key to keeping the rustic gift box in stable and standard shape. Leave the boxes flat until the adhesive is fully cured before stacking, so the box shape remains firm without deformation.
Installation Order of Decorative Parts
Follow the principle of "glue the box body first, then decorate". After the main structure is fully fixed, attach accessories such as hemp rope, wooden tags, dried flowers and ribbons. Attaching decorations too early may result in misalignment, glue contamination or scratches during gluing. Fix these parts with spot gluing instead of full coverage to maintain the natural, rustic feel.
Working Environment and Finished Product Protection
Keep the gluing workshop well-ventilated and dry, away from moisture, low temperature and dust, as these will delay adhesive curing and soften the paper. During storage, do not apply heavy pressure, rub or impact the finished boxes.
