Plate Making and Process Layout

Raw Material Selection and Material Preparation

Official Printing Process
Prepared printing plates are installed on printing machines, and parameters such as ink density, printing pressure and paper feeding speed are adjusted. A test print is conducted to confirm that colors, images and text match the original design; mass production begins upon approval. During printing, operators monitor quality at all times, checking for faint printing, color shifts, stains and blurring, and adjusting machinery as needed. Special Finishing Processing
For packages requiring customized finishes, additional processes are performed after printing, including partial screen printing, gold/silver cold foil, laser foil, partial UV varnish, embossing, matte or glossy lamination, etc. Registration accuracy is strictly controlled at this stage to ensure processing positions align perfectly with the design. Processing pressure and speed are properly adjusted to avoid defects such as dull foil, UV varnish drips and embossing deformation, enhancing the texture and premium appearance of the packaging.
Die Cutting and Waste Removal
After printing and finishing, sheets are fed into a die-cutting machine to be shaped according to the package template, cutting out the unfolded structure including the body, lid, tabs and gluing areas. Following die cutting, excess edges and paper waste are removed manually or mechanically, with burrs eliminated to ensure smooth, clean edges free of paper residue. All package sheets are finished with uniform sizes and accurate shapes.
Pasting and Assembly Forming
We proceed to the pasting process. According to the package style (lid and base, drawer type, foldable, automatic bottom, etc.), eco-friendly adhesive is evenly applied to the gluing areas, and folding, pasting and fixing are completed via automatic pasting machines or manual work. During forming, angle and adhesion are adjusted to ensure the package is square without distortion, firmly bonded, smoothly foldable and structurally stable.
Quality Inspection and Sorting
A comprehensive inspection is performed on all formed packages, checking for scratches, stains, color differences, incomplete finishing, dimensional accuracy, bonding strength and smooth opening and closing. Defective products are sorted out and rejected. Qualified products are sorted by quantity, with checks for shortages, counting errors and mixed items to ensure products delivered to customers meet quality standards.
Packaging and Final Delivery
Packages that pass quality inspection are safely packed with protective materials such as bubble wrap and cartons to prevent impact, friction and moisture during transportation. Labels with order information, specifications and quantity are attached, and logistics arrangements are made. We also support delivery to designated locations as requested by customers, completing the entire consistent production process of custom wrap boxes from design to final delivery.
