Only mid-to-high-end wrap cardboard box require laminating.

They usually use fine corrugations such as E-flute and F-flute, with a corrugation height of only 1.1mm-2.0mm. However, if ordinary boxboard is used as the surface paper, the corrugation marks will obviously show through the surface paper, making the surface look uneven and reducing the delicacy of the wrap cardboard box.
After laminating, the surface of the wrap cardboard box will become smooth and flat, which can not only cover the corrugation marks, but also carry more delicate printing processes such as hot stamping, silver stamping, local UV, and embossing. The color restoration of printing will also be higher, which can perfectly restore the exclusive color tone of the brand. At the same time, the scratch resistance of the surface paper will also be improved, and it will not be easily scratched during transportation, which can maintain the appearance of the wrap cardboard box.
